Orders on the Levolle Jewelry website are shipped after payment is received and the order is confirmed.
This policy is designed to ensure full transparency and manage customer expectations.
Order Processing Time

Standard order processing and preparation: 1–5 business days

Custom / handcrafted jewelry: up to 7 business days

Business days: Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays and holiday eves
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Israel):

Israel Post / courier to a pick-up point / home delivery (as selected at checkout)

Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

International Shipping
Currently, shipping is available only within Israel. We are working on expanding international shipping in the future.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page before completing the order.
Shipping Options

Home Delivery – The package will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Pick-up Point / UPS Access Point – Customers can choose a pick-up point close to their location.

The package will be sent to the selected point, either chosen by the customer or assigned by the seller.

The customer will receive a notification with the pick-up point details and opening hours.

The option to select a pick-up point must be presented to the customer on the website or during the checkout process.

Tracking and Responsibility

For shipments with a tracking number, it will be sent to the customer via email

Responsibility for the shipment applies until the package is handed over to the shipping provider

For shipments without tracking, responsibility is limited and does not include compensation for loss
Delays, Damage, or Loss
