Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Levolle Jewelry website (hereinafter: “the Website”) operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations. This policy governs all rights and obligations of the customer regarding order cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Orders can be canceled before production of the product begins.
1.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the contact form on the Website or the email provided.
1.3 The Website owner will confirm the cancellation in writing and process a refund in accordance with Section 3.

2. Custom Jewelry

2.1 Jewelry produced as a custom order (e.g., engraving, customized sizing, design changes) cannot be canceled or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
2.2 If a manufacturing defect is found, the customer may choose between repair, replacement, or a full refund.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refunds will be issued only after the Website owner receives and inspects the product.
3.2 Refunds include the amount paid for the product only, excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated explicitly.
3.3 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 business days of refund approval.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was received damaged or incorrect.
4.2 In cases of defective or incorrect products, the shipping cost will be covered by the Website owner.

5. Product Condition for Returns

5.1 The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and included accessories.
5.2 Jewelry that has been used or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.
5.3 Custom jewelry produced according to specific customer requests is not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Website owner reserves the right to refuse a refund or cancellation if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met.
6.2 This policy does not affect the customer’s legal rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

7. Display of the Policy

7.1 The cancellation and refund policy is displayed prominently on the Website, in the top menu and footer, and is available for review before making a purchase.
7.2 During checkout, a clear link to this policy is provided to ensure full transparency for the customer.

8. Contacting the Website Owner

All cancellation, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted via the contact form or the email provided on the Website.
The Website owner will respond within 3 business days and provide instructions for returning the product or processing the request.
